  1. Hello Sharon,
One of the bulletin boards at my office I have dedicated to missing children. Every 60 days I rotate the flyers and put new ones up! If you would like to send me one of Michaela I will be happy to display it! I remember from reading your blogs you have a ribbon ceremony each year in Nov. for Michaela. Unfortunatly I live to far to attend. If it is ok with you, during the month of Nov I would like to make my board just for Michaela with her flyer and information about your site for her. Just let me know if this is ok.

  3. Hello Sharon,
You can email me at Megan.McGraw00@gmail.com. I don't know if your on facebook or not. You can use it to find me their also, if you would like to send me a friend request. I was wondering have you ever thought about placing the quick share tool bar onto your blog? I didn't know about it for a long time. Then my friend told me about it. It makes it much easier when you are sharing your new blogs on facebook or twitter, or if your followers want to share it with others. I also wanted to share with you my next book is being released at the end of Oct. I've asked my publisher to put a side a copy of it for you if you would like to have a copy of it. I hope the sun is shinning wherever you are today!! It's dull, dreary and raining here.
Big Hug to you & your family,
    Megan

  5. Hi Sharon,
I found Michaela's facebook page. My book...Interwoven with the story of the year Jenna spent captive - which unfolds through sessions with her psyciatrist - is a second narrative recounting the nightmare that follows her escape to piece her shattered life back together, the ongoing police investigation into the identiy of her captor, and the sense that things are far from over.
This book is a little different from the ones I normally. After my experience as a child.(I don't know if you remember. I shared some of it with you quite a few months back.) I never thought I would write a book like this. In the end however I found it to be very theraputic. If it hits to close to home for you I understand. Just wanted to let you know I though of you & placed a copy a side should you like a copy. Have a great weekend! Megan

  6. Hello Ms Sharon, I just watched T.V. channel 9 . It featured the 1970’s singing program “Soul Train”. During the last song when Stevie Wonder sang “These Three Words” (I Love You) I thought of your many news interviews where you described the words exchanged with Michaela . I also thought of my beloved foster parent who shared these same words as I was leaving .A stranger lured me, the unspeakable occurred and once returned I was removed from the loving foster home. I suspect the elderly surrogate mother was probably deemed too old to protect me. During the turbulence ahead there was a sustaining mighty power in those “three words” that nothing in my reality could steal. It was and remains an untouchable part of my heart dna. I hope this is a bit of comfort.
