I have a very promising conversation with our detective today. I am happy to know that there are people who care so much and who are determined to solve Michaela's case.
One thing, though, I understand that there are a number of people he has tried to talk to who have not wanted to give him information. I just want to ask you, beg you, to please talk to him if you know anything. The fact of the matter is that deep inside, my feeling is that Michaela is not alive. But until I know that for sure, I cannot, cannot, cannot stop pounding my head against the wall trying to find her, because if she is alive she needs me to try to find her. I have to spend my days wondering and worrying that she might be suffering right this minute, worrying about what she may have had to endure for the last 25 years.
If she is alive, please help to end her suffering and mine by telling us where she is. If she is not alive, please tell us what you know. I am not out for revenge. I am looking for resolution, for peace for Michaela, for myself, for Michaela's entire family and for all those people who have taken her into their hearts.
